30 May 2019Humanscale, a US-based premier designer of ergonomic office furniture, is participating in the 2019 Triennale di Milano architecture and industrial design exhibition displaying the “UBQ Stool” (designed by Humanscale’s Sergio Silva) a two-legged seat, that is composed primarily of re-engineered non-recyclable trash converted to UBQ material.

The theme of this year’s exhibition, which is running from March to September 2019, is “Broken Nature: Design Takes on Human Survival”, and as the Architect Magazine puts it explores interventions by designers, scientists, and artists aiming to our relationship with the natural environment.
