Hope you are all healthy and safe. During these challenging days, we thought of spreading cheer by filling you in on some good news. The first quarter of 2020 has been full of new achievements for UBQ Materials, and here are some exciting updates.
Mike Thaman, former CEO of Owens Corning, will serve as the new CEO of UBQ Materials. UBQ’s current CEO and Co-Founder Tato Bigio will now serve as the CEO of UBQ Israel, where he will oversee the company’s material and technology development and support UBQ’s global expansion.
Automotive giant Daimler AG, manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz, announces that the company is currently testing UBQ in the production of automotive parts, amounting to UBQ’s first partnership in the automotive industry.
UBQ CEO and Co-founder Tato Bigio and UBQ Executive Chairman Albert Douer, alongside Kim Hynes of CVWMA present UBQ’s collaboration with the CVWMA at AIPAC’s annual policy conference.
March 10, 2020: Fast Company names UBQ the #2 most innovative company in the Middle East, alongside startups Healthline.io, The Modist, Recyclobekia, Instabeat and Souktel.
Bertrand Piccard, world-recognized balloonist, environmentalist and founder of the Solar Impulse Foundation, presents UBQ on France tv. UBQ has been selected as one of Solar Impulse Foundation’s 1000 efficient solutions in August 2019.
