The 2020 AIPAC Policy Conference, held in Washington, D.C., is the largest gathering of America’s pro-Israel communities. Conference attendees this year included 18,000 pro-Israel Americans, more than two-thirds of the American Congress, and numerous Israeli and American leaders.

Taking place March 1-3th, 2020, the conference featured a session discussing U.S.-Israel partnerships. “This is a great example of what we mean when we say that the U.S.-Israel relationship works”, said session moderator Samantha Margolis, referring to UBQ Materials’ collaboration with the Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA).

After UBQ Executive Chairman Albert Douer and CEO Tato Bigio presented UBQ’s material and process, CVWMA’s Kim Hynes joined the stage to discuss the partnership. “That’s just the beginning of the many things we want to create from UBQ”, said Hynes, pointing to the recycling bins made with UBQ and currently used throughout Richmond, Virginia.

To sum up what it is that makes UBQ such a groundbreaking innovation, in the words of Albert Douer, “we can make this entire building out of UBQ”.
