Merchant Banker, Strategic Investor & Champion of Long-Term Vision
Degree in French and Business from King's College London.
MBA from University of Miami.

Professional Background

David Dwek is the Chief Executive Officer of Eden Global Partners LLC, a New York-based merchant bank committed to helping visionary founders build enduring legacies.

At Eden, David combines strategic capital investment, both from partners and Eden’s own balance sheet, with hands-on guidance tailored to entrepreneurs who think in decades, not quarters.

Prior to founding Eden, David was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he built and led the Private Capital Group within the Investment Banking Division. This global team managed deal-related activity with family investment firms, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, and listed investment companies. His success at Morgan Stanley laid the foundation for Eden’s long-term, partnership-first investment philosophy.

Earlier in his career, David was based in Asia as the Founder and CEO of SenTech, a Pan-Asian business services firm, which he successfully exited through a sale to Anglo-Danish multinational G4S. With a global outlook and deep experience across investment and entrepreneurship, David continues to support companies driving innovation and long-term impact
