Rachel leads sustainability efforts at UBQ, working closely with clients and international organizations to advance the circular economy and decarbonize production. Prior to joining UBQ, Rachel was a social entrepreneur, creating businesses that leveraged social and economic networks to advance green procurement and normalize sustainability.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master of Environmental Science from Yale University, where she trained as a natural resource economist and worked as a circular economy researcher at the Center for Industrial Ecology. Additionally, she received a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School, where she also completed work toward a Ph.D. in the Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy Program.
